Unlike traditional welding machines, which leave a seam to be cleaned, V‑Perfect® works with CNC logic on independent heads that analyze the profile in real time, compensate for any tolerances, calibrate pressure with precision, and weld without material overflow.
At its core is a patented electronic control process for counter-blocks, which seals the profile with millimeter precision, leaving the corner perfectly smooth, as if it were a single piece. The technology also works on profiles covered with acrylic films, aluminum, or wood, without marks or burns.
A fully automated cycle
