The technology
Unlike traditional welding machines, which leave a bead to be cleaned, V‑Perfect® operates with CNC logic on independent heads that analyse the profile in real-time, compensate for any tolerances, precisely calibrate the pressure, and weld without material overflow.
At its core is a patented process of electronic control of the counter-profiles, which seals the profile with millimetric precision, leaving the corner perfectly smooth, as if it were a single piece. The technology also works on profiles coated with acrylic, aluminium, or wood films, without marks or burns.
A completely automated cycle
The process is entirely CNC-managed: the machine recognises the profile type and adjusts the welding parameters, the heads simultaneously weld the sides of the window frame, and the absence of the bead eliminates any subsequent steps.
